I came to Munich from the UK in 1999 and started a new adventure. It led me, on a personal level to meeting fabulous new people and gaining fresh perspectives, and eventually to having a family and a spoilt cat, as well gaining entry into a country and culture that is now my home. On a professional level, I gained a further degree from the LMU, collecting a wealth of experience along the way and I developed a relentless passion in supporting little (and big) humans become happy, effective communicators. Using evidence-based methods where possible, and with close ties to my professional organisation, the German association of academic speech therapists (Deutsche Bundesverband für akademische Sprachtherapie und Logopädie), I have now been supporting adults, children and their families in my private practise for over 15 years. 

My journey did not stop when I started up my speech therapy practise. On the contrary, my interest was fuelled. I wanted to dig deeper and know more. So I continued to learn, gaining qualifications and certificates to become a dyslexia therapist, learning coach with additional certificates in Brain Gym®, early intervention, reflex integration for ADHD, emotional freedom technique (EFT) tapping.

Over 90 per cent of my clients are multilingual and I love being part of that amazing community!
